Not from us. We ship blind: no supplier invoice, no factory name and no promotional inserts in the box. The packing slip carries your logo. Country of origin marking required by U.S. law stays on the product itself, as it must.
Direct air parcel from China runs 8 to 16 business days to a U.S. address. SKUs we stock in our Miami warehouse deliver in 2 to 5 business days. Every quote states which option applies.
We import as the record importer and duties are already inside the unit price we quote you. There are no surprise charges collected from your customer at the door.
Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Buyer's remorse returns are your policy with your customer, and our returns page explains exactly how we handle each case.
