Three doors in, depending on where you are stuck.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts. You approve the number and the scope in writing, and it does not move with the size of your purchase order.
Sourcing project
You know the product, not the maker
End to end for one product family: search, shortlist, quotes, negotiation, samples, inspection and shipment coordination. The most common way clients start.
Ongoing representation
You buy in China regularly
A monthly retainer covering several products and suppliers: reorders, price reviews, recurring inspections and a standing point of contact in your time zone.
Fees
You pay us. The factory never does.
A fixed project fee or a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before any work starts. No percentage of your order, no markup hidden inside the unit price, and no commission from the manufacturer.
The reason is simple: an agent paid by both sides has no reason to push your price down. Ours is the only incentive that points the same way as yours.
