It is not a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome. Only a written proposal issued to you, and the Terms of Service it references, are binding.

2. We are not party to your purchase

We do not sell goods. We do not manufacture, take title to merchandise or act as importer of record. The purchase contract runs between you and the manufacturer; freight and customs entry are contracted by you with a forwarder and a licensed customs broker. Our role is to advise, verify, negotiate, inspect and coordinate, and our responsibility is limited to performing that work with reasonable skill and care.

3. No savings or results guarantee

We do not promise a specific price, a specific saving or a specific commercial result. Nothing on this site is a business opportunity or a projection of profits. What a factory quotes depends on materials, volumes, season, tariffs and currency, none of which we control. Any figure or example shown here is illustrative.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, customs, tax or financial advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship. We are not attorneys, licensed customs brokers or accountants. Classification, valuation, labeling, sales tax and licensing depend on the specific facts of your business; consult a qualified professional or request a binding ruling before acting.

5. Prices, duties and timelines

Any unit price, duty rate, landed cost or lead time we discuss is an estimate valid on the day it is given. Tariffs and trade measures change, factories revise quotes, and production and transit times move with season and capacity. Chinese New Year alone shifts schedules by weeks every year.

6. Inspections and reports

Inspections are performed on a sample basis, to an agreed AQL standard, at a point in time, against the specification and approved sample you provided. An inspection report is evidence, not a warranty that every unit conforms, and it does not transfer the manufacturer's responsibility for quality to us. Where you decline a recommended inspection, defects it would reasonably have found are not our responsibility.

7. Supplier information

Supplier verification relies on documents issued by third parties, public registries and what we observe on site. We report what we find and what we could not confirm. We do not guarantee the honesty, solvency or future performance of any manufacturer, and a positive verification is not a warranty against a supplier later failing.

8. Third parties

Freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, laboratories and testing agencies act under their own terms and licenses. We may recommend or coordinate with them, but we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions beyond the limits in our Terms of Service.

9. External links

This site may link to government resources such as CBP, the FTC or the CPSC, and to third-party services. We do not control that content and do not endorse it. Regulations change frequently; always confirm against the official source.

10. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but rules, costs and lead times change constantly and parts of it may be out of date. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
